Hello everyone, I'm a poet and a painter who just got interested in video. I eventually want to make fine art videos for non-profits and political groups. Here is my most recent experiment. I'd love to get feedback from people.

just saw CSI NY, as a musician and photographer their were messages within the episode....

this entry may not be about politics but it is about the impact of the arts in peoples lives...

sex was the art, an artistic nude, was created out of a photomosaic, out of passion and love, not only for the person but the creativity from which it was derived, he talked about going from being a photographer to being an artist. living the dream. sadly he overlooked the corruption of human nature...

but then the flip side of the episode... killer music... long story shot... after you have lived with a bass guitar for a while, you learn everything about it, its shape its form its function... and its place in life, you incorporate it into your life... just seeing mac play at the end, and hearing Irvine Berlin's “blue skys” was a sound that was most enjoyable... as a jazz tune i would never imagine, taking one piece and forming it as you would like to have it be....

the art community is dependent upon itself to support, we need to be there for each other, not view each other as advisories, but as advocates.  do we only have our selves too fall back onto?

in responce to my last entry linkCollapse ) i created this group to express my discontent with the way that the government is sweeping the Arts programs into the corner. The music and arts programs are being given little acknowledgment and taking back seat to programs in sciences math's and engineering. Some people get up each day to go to school for fueling their passions for the arts. It is a creative outlet for us...
